The plugin tracks Facebook’s Click ID (fbclid), Google’s Click ID (gclid) and any other URL query parameters you wish to track.

By default, this includes the UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), but you can specify any other tracking parameter that is important to you, such as affiliate IDs, email campaign info etc.

The plugin can then automatically update hidden fields in your WordPress contact or sales forms in order to pass these parameters to your backend CRM systems.

The plugin makes it simple to track conversions using the Facebook Conversions API (FCAPI) to ensure you get the most reliable conversion data possible. This is a server-side conversion tracking mechanism which is more reliable than the traditional Facebook pixel.

Our implementation of FCAPI works in conjunction with our custom image tag (or the regular Facebook Pixel), to properly de-duplicate conversions and prevent double counting.

This gives you the best of both worlds, and the most accurate tracking possible.

The plugin also lets you send Google’s Click ID (GCLID) and related data to Google offline conversions via a Zapier webhook URL or Google Sheets Web App URL.

You simply specify the URL of your app, and data will be posted there automatically when a Google Conversion occurs.

Although you have to create your own web app (eg via Zapier), our plugin makes the process of server-side tracking much easier to implement in Google.

Both Facebook and Google conversions can be triggered on a page by adding a conversion shortcode, or a Javascript snippet.

This means you can easily add a conversion to a thanks page in WordPress, just by adding a shortcode.

Or if you need it, your web guy can build more complex conversion logic on page or via Google Tag Manager, using Javascript.

The plugin lets you use any of the standard Facebook conversion events, including “AddToCart”, “InitiateCheckout” and “Purchase” events so you can run ads based on conversions at any of these levels of your order process.
